The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. There is a restaurant and breakfast area within the hotel. I found Jimmy's Egg restaurant located nearby; it was a good place to have lunch or dinner.

We got a room with walk-in showers. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. The location was exceptionally nice and peaceful and in front of gardens and parks. Also, it was 2 miles from a public library.

Some of the staff were very rude.

the hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, short walk to commercial center, lake como and the restaurant. double room with a nice bathroom and good shower was ready when we arrived.

As with most Italian hotels it seems, the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms was a drawback

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Hotel Pineta in Busto Arsizio. The restaurant offered excellent food with amazing dishes. I had an incredibly beautiful view overlooking the garden. The staff were affable and the location was excellent, with the main shopping and commercial centers right next door.

The location is terrible. It is located quite a distance from the train station and town center on a very busy commuter road. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity other than a big box food store requiring membership and a Toyota car dealership. I choose this hotel because of its proximity and shuttle to the Milan airport. Next time I think that I would stay in Milan and take the train to the airport or fly out of another more convenient airport. Also internet and TV were extra. This should be included in the price. The included breadkfasf was minimal, most people would have starved. Restaurant hours are limited.

This place is a hidden gem! The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and smelled amazing. The bed was nice and big, although a bit firm for my liking. The bathroom had a luxurious rain shower that made me feel like I was at a spa. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient free parking right in front of our room and the friendly staff. the room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic rain shower in the bathroom. the location near the airport was also a plus.
